本设备是铝合金轮毂、气缸、阀盖、活塞等汽车零部件制造行业热处理批量生产的理想设备。生产线由固溶炉、时效炉、淬火机构及淬火水槽组成,排布呈字型或“U型。

Purpose:
Mainly used in solution and aging teatment of auto parts & components such as aluminum alloy castings,stampings, automobile hub, piston and cylinder jacket and cover, the production line is composed of solution furnace, aging furnace, quenching mechanism and water quenching tank,which are arranged in a line or “U"shape.

Features:
Charging basket transmission is under bottom roller bbbbbance operation mode;trough-beam?optoelectronic switch is adopted for

material level confirmation; furnace door is designed with cylinder?hoisting mechanism or motor-driven hoisting mechanism.
